Melissa’s interest in Pilates started in her university days in Singapore when she was recommended Pilates as the best way to improve her posture and tone her muscles. In 2006, Melissa moved to Canada, where she completed the instructor training program at the headquarters of STOTT PILATES in Toronto and earned her full STOTT PILATES certification.
Melissa has since completed numerous other certifications and courses including prenatal Pilates, Stretch Therapy, TRX and Surfset Fitness. After moving to Hong Kong in 2015, she became deeply passionate about Yoga and has completed various Yoga teacher training programmes.
In the past 11 years, Melissa has trained clients and managed studios in Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. She has trained hundreds of clients from all walks of life and her greatest joy is to able to share her passion for fitness with all her clients.
